Member Registration Forms

For your convenience, this web site includes a number of forms that may be filled out online, printed and mailed, or faxed with your payment. All online payments are processed through our secure server.

The WIA also offers a 'Lodging Executive' Membership for those individuals who have enrolled all of their owned or managed properties in the WIA. This membership entitles the 'Lodging Executive' to receive all WIA communications, as well as event and product discounts. Contact the WIA Office at 262/782-2851 for your application.
